Student of DNGL Program at University of Kochi Selected to Receive Outstanding Award “PPIJ Omedetou Award 2018” by the Board Members of Indonesian Embassy in Tokyo



 The Indonesian Student’s Association in Japan (PPIJ) in collaboration with National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (GRIPS) held the 1st Annual Scientific Symposium of Indonesian Collegians in Japan (ASSIGN) to commemorate the 65 years of PPIJ, coinciding with 60 years of Indonesian-Japan Diplomatic Relationship Anniversary. This event presented the symposium in GRIPS Tokyo to gather Indonesian and Japanese Scholars from all over Japan to discuss and to compile ideas for the sake of sustainable development in Indonesia and Japan.

 In the 2018 ASSIGN that held on July 21, 2018, a graduate student of DNGL program at Graduate School of Nursing University of Kochi, Mr. Hastoro Dwinantoaji, has been nominated as WINNER (Student Category) of “PPIJ Omedetou Award 2018” awarded by the board member of Indonesian Embassy in Tokyo.

“PPIJ Omedetou Award 2018” was initiated by PPIJ which started from this year (2018) with supported by the Educational & Cultural Section, Indonesian Embassy in Tokyo. This program is as a form of appreciation for Indonesian citizens in Japan, both as a student and a professional/practitioner who has been active, has great achievements, and giving contribution for community/society in Indonesia, Japan, and global level.
